Graduate Program

The team at J&J looked to further enhance their existing GVP (Graduate Value Proposition) in 2020. The objective was to create a short video, showcasing the organisation and graduate experience through the voice of J&J graduates. The Inceptive team set about creating a short video, filmed on J&J premises that would be used across all elements of the attraction campaign, with graduates providing real insights into life as a grad as well as detail on the overarching detail of the Gradate Development Program.
