Our methodology

To bring the campaign to life, Inceptive applies the following methodology to develop an attraction campaign that attracts and engages outstanding talent for the graduate program.
INSPIRE: We want to understand and leverage your current EVP to create a strong graduate value proposition (GVP) and graduate brand which will be vital in ensuring the attraction of an outstanding talent.
ATTRACT: We will help to attract graduates through clear and consistent brand language and visuals that evoke an emotive response. We will work closely to create a highly targeted recruitment marketing campaign based on extensive research.
ENGAGE: We will engage the graduates through verbal and visual communication with compelling materials that grab attention and create interest and use this material and take to the external market, such as video, social platforms, and print collateral.

The team at Inceptive will create visual assets to create a diverse and targeted campaign, based on the current EVP, core values, brand language, roles and requirements.

Video and website material can be created, as well as a social media strategy with post scheduling, in order create interest and engage the graduate market.

We are able to produce all print collateral to ensure the success of a strong graduate compaign. This can include exhibition displays (full stands to pull up banners), eco-friendly promotional products, printed flyers, and brochures.
