Graduate Program

The team at J&J looked to further enhance their existing GVP (Graduate Value Proposition) in 2020. The objective was to create a short video, showcasing the organisation and graduate experience through the voice of J&J graduates. The Inceptive team set about creating a short video, filmed on J&J premises that would be used across all elements of the attraction campaign, with graduates providing real insights into life as a grad as well as detail on the overarching detail of the Gradate Development Program.

The “Level up” campaign was developed to reflect the start-up nature of the organisation and recruit top talent, while taking the graduates on a gaming inspired journey of innovation, technology and employee experiences. This came to life through a campaign video, poster series, graduate journey poster graphic, pull up banner, job board graphic assets, and a flyer.

“Reimagine your future” was developed to provide an insight into the graduate’s experience at Novartis, while promoting and encouraging growth and development. This was achieved by the creation of a poster and pull up banner graphic, job board graphic assets, a flyer, and campaign video.

The NDY graduate campaign had a more structured approach. It was implemented to reflect the professional workplace culture, as well as highlight the graduate experience and the vast array of career opportunities. This was demonstrated through a campaign video, job board graphic assets, micro-website content, a flyer, and graduate journey graphic.

Graduate Program

The “Redefining Possibility” campaign was created to provide an insight into the graduate experience, while highlighting the emphasis on the graduate’s professional development and personal wellbeing. This was done by creating an integrated marketing approach, which includes job board graphic assets, as well as a hero banner graphic.

GHD’s “I am / Together GHD” was developed to provide an insight into the variety of opportunities available when joining the team, as well as promoting the personal growth of the graduate. This was achieved by creating a poster and pull up banner set, and hero poster and pull up graphics

The Grant Thornton “Be More” campaign was designed to promote growth and development opportunities amongst the graduate market. This came to life through creating a poster and pull up banner series, as well as a flyer and brochure.

Implemented an inclusive marketing campaign with a direction towards candidates who sought the opportunity to define their own course at ASX. This was demonstrated through the creation of a graduate journey poster graphic, a hero poster graphic, pull up banners, a flyer, and job board graphic assets.
